Anglo Nubian kids out of outstanding imported bucks and does have started hitting the ground at the Braveheart Farms of Kidapawan City, North Cotabato.

The most exciting pair of kids are out of Lakeshore's Wild at Heart, the 2006 Minnesota State Fair champion buck, and Elkhorn SEU Good N' Plenty. The mating produced a black female doe kid and a brown buck kid with a white spot on his shoulder.

Wild At Heart, bred by Megan Tredway of Lakeshore Farms out of SG Kastdemur's Final Justice and SGCH Lakeshore Farms Ace of Hearts, is one of the champion bucks acquired by Braveheart Farms early this year.

Good N' Plenty, bred by Dr. Jeanne Koploy of Elkhorn Ranch of Royal Oaks, California is an offspring of Kismet Hero's User Friendly over Risin Creek Sure Enough, arrived in the Philippines only on April 19, 2008 and went on heat shortly after producing the twins on Oct. 5.

The kids are very special since Wild at Heart, which was leased by Lakeshore Farms to Blissberry Nubians of Minnesota for over 2 years,  is almost four years old and seldom mounts. He is expected to be used in an artificial insemination program later this year.

Five imported Anglo Nubian does mated with two other bucks, Fantasy Star Brown Bomber and Hill's Acres Hidalgo Clark,  have also produced 7 kids, two of them spotted.

Brown Bomber, bred by Dr. Koploy out of  CH Kastdemur's Showcase and CH Wild-Hearts FJ Nestle (daughter of Kastdemur's Final Justice) produced a 4.5 kilo doe kid out of Warner Ranch Heather (daughter of Lakeshore EX Summer Heat).

Mated to his cousin, Elkhorn Wildfire, daughter of Lakeshore Farms PBF Sentinel and granddaughter of Kastdemur's Final Justice, Brown Bomber produced two beautiful brown kids, a doe and a buck.

With Hill's Acres Hidalgo Reason, Brown Bomber also produced another pair of beautiful brown kids - a doe and a buck. Reason is a daughter of Boutoniere Hidalgo and a granddaughter of a 3*M Hill's Acres Moulin Rouge.

Hidalgo Clark, bred by Hill's Acres through Hidalgo and an outstanding 13*M doe Hill's Acres Annuder Explorer, produced two buck kids - one each out of  Green Garden's Dream Rebecca and his half-sister Green Garden's Hidalgo Sabrina whose mother is Hill's Acres Beaulder Shauna, a daughter of 13*M Galaxy Anuddershaula.

Clark's buck kid out of Sabrina is like to be retained by Braveheart Farms as it weighed 4.5 kilos at birth and while barely a few days old, the kid is already showing characteristics of a proud breeding buck.

Several other does mated to Hidalgo Clark, Brown Bomber and Lakeshore's Jagged Edge are expected to bring more of the beautiful Anglo Nubian kids within the next few weeks.
