My friendship with Kim Dougherty was made possible by Tom Sevigny of 70 Boers from whom I acquired 70 Rocky, the NGSCP national champion boer buck. When I needed additional does to be brought home to the Philippines, Tom got them from Kim, a tall and comely lady whose life has been marked with her deep involvement with horse and goat raising.

Kim gave me many outstanding does, including Rocky's half-brother, Rawhide Riggin, who is now being mated to Rocky's daughters to maintain the line of well-muscled and handsome Boers at the Braveheart Farms.
